Document Imaging and Real Time Reporting
WLG is on the cutting edge of utilizing document imaging technology to manage documents and reduce postage and copy costs for our clients. Using this technology, hard-copy documents received on our clients' files from opposing counsel and even the courts are scanned into electronic images daily and indexed allowing our clients to review new information related to their files at any time of the day or night via password protected access through the internet.

Research
With the advent of computer based research, the expense paid for law firm libraries is now only for aesthetics. Computer based research is faster and much more economical than book based research. Every form of information which was once printed in books is now on line and available to WLG attorneys working anywhere in the World. Research conducted on line is cut and pasted into reports and ultimately into legal briefs resulting in substantial cost savings to our clients.

Electronic Mail
Similarly, all of the firm's employees are linked via electronic mail. This allows our lawyers, paralegals and staff to exchange E-mail with our clients, co-counsel and even opposing counsel and the Courts resulting in cost saving to our clients.

Remote Access

WLG lawyers use Blackberry Wireless PDAs, which provide mobile access to their E-mail accounts and Outlook contacts, calendars, and task lists. This provides our lawyers the ability to lawyer anywhere at anytime.

Real Time Depositions
WLG and its court reporters utilize real time deposition transcript software which allows its lawyers to walk away from depositions with a draft transcript of the deposition for immediate real time reporting to its clients regarding key depositions.

Billing / Budgeting
WLG provides both paper and electronic invoices for our fees and cost statements, depending upon our clients' preferences. We also provide our clients with tailored billing invoice formats. We can sort bills by task code or descriptoin, by project, by professional, by rates or practically any other format a client chooses to see its billing invoice. This allows our clients to measure how well we are meeting our clients' budgets. This information can be provided in several different formats: Spreadsheet format, chart format or graphically.
